PROJECT
MakerCamp Shenzhen is going to be a week long camp (12-18 June 2015) where makers, designers and mentors from different parts of the world will come together and build an extremely affordable makerspace in a shipping container.
PARTICIPANTS
Our group of participants coming in from all over China will be learning to teach the group and document their making process. In the end they will be able to demonstrate their work at Maker Faire Shenzhen.
EVENTS
MakerCamp participants also have access to 7 days of workshops and presentations from an international and experienced team of mentors like Cesar Harada (MakerBay), Holly Hudson (NYC Resistor), Thomas Sarlandie (Pebble), Katia Kanepa (Peru), Sename Koffi (Togo), Sander Arts (Atmel) and The Hackaday team
Maker Kit
Participants use and take home a full electronics and crafts kit which includes Arduino, sensors, conductive thread, conductive tape, multimeter, kit of resistors, batteries, etc. and also comes with 30 projects instructions (many of them translated in Chinese)
